For more than 15 years I have been working with Emotion • Body • Belief Code: I help people release negative trapped emotions, decode imbalances, and transform limiting and blocking beliefs. This is a deep and rewarding practice that I truly love, but often, at the end of the day, I am left without energy — even after just five sessions. I also cannot work more than two days in a row; I need a day off on the third day, otherwise I simply cannot do anything.
I started to notice what truly restores my energy. It turned out to be my paintings. Flowers. In every flower I could see the original, untouched beauty — an energy with nothing unbalanced or disharmonious. Every flower is whole and perfect.
And I felt drawn to paint them. Little by little, I returned to what I had loved since childhood: painting. Years ago, I graduated from the Institute of Culture back in Belarus, before moving to America. But then came immigration, family, children — and for almost 20 years I didn’t paint at all.
A little over two years ago, after that long break, I finally found my way back to painting. I picked up my brushes again, and new artworks began to appear. I can’t even describe how deeply joyful and fulfilled this makes me feel.

We all know that an artist’s energy lives in their work. That’s exactly what happened to me — my love for flowers and for the process of painting transformed my soul and revealed the beauty of the human soul in its original form. Stroke by stroke, that transformation was woven into the canvas. Combined with my work in Emotion • Body • Belief Code, I realized that it’s not only important to release what is “negative,” but also to nurture and strengthen the good that is always within us: our freedom, authenticity, love, and creativity. Out of this realization, Art Code was born. And now I feel called to share it with you.

What Art Code Creates

Positive Emotional Anchors
Each painting acts as a “gentle anchor” — helping you return to your naturally healthy emotions: love, courage, trust, serenity, acceptance, and creativity.

Protective Patterns
Regular interaction with a painting (gaze, breath, affirmation) builds new, stable patterns of response: stress → calm, fear → trust, doubt → courage.

The Energy of Space
Paintings do more than decorate — they bring “emotional hygiene” to a space. They gently support the atmosphere of a home or office, helping people feel more centered, calm, and inspired

Strengthening the Original Soul
Through color, form, and intention, Art Code reminds us that freedom, love, and creativity already live within us. The paintings help to amplify the good — our authenticity, vitality, and inner harmony.
